How do I pass my Aldi interview? ›

Assessment Test: After submitting your application, Aldi may ask you to complete an assessment test. The test may include questions related to situational judgment, personality, and job-related skills.

Talk about or highlight skills or things about yourself that you would want the assessors to remember. In the group activity stage of the Aldi Hiring process, the candidates will get a hypothetical situation that will force them to think under pressure.
